Discovery
We respond within 24 hours, visit the site, and confirm scope and constraints. We provide a $250 estimate that is credited on awarded contracts. Your single point of contact is introduced on day one.
Planning
We build a detailed schedule with milestone checkpoints and procurement lead times. Your same point of contact reviews the plan with you and sets the cadence for weekly progress report.
Execution
We manage crews daily, keep the site safe and tidy, and track progress against the plan. You receive weekly progress reports from your single point of contact so you always know status and next steps.
Closeout
We target punch-list zero, deliver O&M documentation, and provide warranty support. Your single point of contact leads the final walkthrough and remains available after turnover.
